Marquez Coach Files Lawsuit against Victor Conte on the Pacquiao vs Marquez 3 fight
87has filed an offense lawsuit against Victor Conte, who has spent the better part of the last two weeks attacking Hernandez’s involvement in Juan Manuel Marquez’s training camp for Saturday’s fight with Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao. On the event of Pacquiao vs. Marquez III fight wherein Hernandez told BoxingScene .Com that “There is a lawsuit pending, a lawsuit against him. That’s why I can’t comment too much on it. We filed the lawsuit. l don’t know exactly where it’s going to be as far as the court. The lawsuit will be filled in the United States. I wish he was here so I could see him face to face, but he’s not.” And added the following: “I don’t know how far this could go, how legit it will be, what will happen. We have some smart legal minds that might fill us in there.”
