These drum type batching plant and mini batching plant are most rugged in design, giving good output at continuous rates. The drive mechanism is very simple. The mini batching plant or batching plant has a drum with gear ring fitted on it which is driven tv pinion, Batching plant operation is simple so that the maintenance goes down. The drum is lined internally with wear plates.
These batching plants are available in different models : Model 375/500 batching plant type: – 15 to 20 cubic meter per hroutput of concrete, Model 750/1000 batching plant type: – 20 to 25 cubic meter per hr output of concrete, Model 1000/1500 batching plant type: – 25 to 30 cubic meter per hr output of concrete, Reversible drum type batching plant types are available in 1 Qml, 20m’ & 30m’, capacities
Batching Plant (Pan Type) – Pan mixers are available in different sizes from 750 to 1875 liters filling capacity. They are robust in construction & accident proof. The pan type batching plant mixer gives a homogeneous mixing of all different types of concretes and chemicals. The pan type batching plant mixer’s bottom & inner walls are lined up with exchangeable wear plots. Mixers have spring loaded mixing arms fitted on the rotors; these arms are adjustable to compensate the wear and tear to get perfect mix effectively. Mixers are driven by multi stage planeload gear box. The discharge door is operated hydraulically.
