When you start pleasing others and obey their orders in order to get their help, they will start taking advantage on you. In the end all these reflect in becoming too open for injuries and even for simpler words you will break down and you will turn as a warehouse of anger.
Lower esteem breaks any individual into pieces and never allows reaching the optimum. The effects of low esteem can also be seen in poor physical movement. This can have dangerous repercussions. The bulimic binges on food and then attempts to purge, either by inducing vomiting or through the use of laxatives. The Bulimic spree on food and then forcibly vomit by using laxatives. This act of vomiting is related with having low respect for self. The one who doesn’t have any respect for self does these types of activities. they push themselves in to a horrible state of eating and throwing up This is increasingly affecting young men, leading to over exercise and steroid abuse. To borrow a phrase from David Henry Thoreau “most men lead lives of quiet desperation”. This hold true for people who have lower respect for themselves. There is no reason justified to bear this kind of critical state. A person can, with determination and work, rescue themselves from the malaise that they find themselves in. Any person who has depression can set them free and work with willpower. Any person who has enough power can help themselves come out of this melancholy.
