Why Do We Use the 5.1 Speakers?

Maybe the question sounds weird but really why do we need to use the system 5.1 speakers? After all, technology is not standing still and is rapidly evolving and the fact that yesterday was a novelty is now considered obsolete. There are a couple of reasons. First, not all can afford to buy a more modern system until they are new they are expensive, over time the price will decrease. Secondly, not all multimedia applications can support the whole technology of the new equipment, it needs some time, that would be implemented in software. Third System 5.1 is currently copes with this task as a regular user, not pushing beyond the natural requirements for the sound system. You may ask, what systems are there? I will answer. There are 3 main systems – 2.1, 5.1 speakers, 7.1. They differ in the number of columns. For example 2.1 systems have 2 main speakers and a subwoofer system 5.1 has 5 main speakers and a subwoofer and so on. We can therefore conclude that the use of currently 5.1 speakers system is justified. You can certainly use the systems 2.1 and 7.1 but 5.1 is the best option. The difference in sound reproduction systems between 2.1 and 5.1 is obvious. But the use of 2.1 in most cases due to no demand for surround sound users. The difference between 5.1 and 7.1 speakers will not be significant for the hearing user. For that to hear the difference for the system 7.1 is necessary to observe many factors when installing the system that most users are not known. In conclusion, I want to say that if you can afford to buy a 7.1 speaker system will first consult with specialists as needed to install and what parameters affect the reproduction, or consult a professional installer.
