Rotomolding process is a stage process consisting loading certain unit amount of fixed quantity of polymers powder into the mold, then mold rotating while heating in oven until the polymers powder material melting down and bind to the mold wall. Mold is slowly cool down by fans. Then polymers become solid. Then operator removes the part. This process is taking stretched time. Prompt cooling can shorten the polymer so give required time to cool down the part. And then remove it.
