The plastic tips, PVC tips and silicone tips are ideal for use to protect threaded fittings, tubes & ports from the harmful effects of dust and moisture when storing or shipping your valuable components. There are various plastic, PVC and silicone tips available suiting to different requirements. The PT and PTF Series tips are available in high temperature PVC tips that can withstand intermittent temperatures up to 220 degree C. These PVC tips are Ideal to use in powder coating, sand blasting and any oven finishing process. The ST series tips and STS series tips are ideal for protecting and masking parts undergoing painting, plating, powder coating, anodising, sand blasting, abrasive chemical processing or exposure to high temperatures up to +260 degrees C. The STS series plugs have a tapered design for ease in plugging ports and holes. The SW H series sleeve web is a heavy duty sleeve web that has a heavier extrusion with closer spacing. It offers an extra measure of protection for valuable precision components like heavy duty truck parts, screw cylinders, spline shafts, couplings, gas cylinders, roller bearing assemblies, pistons and heavy threaded fittings. The SW L series sleeve web is a light Duty sleeve web providing light duty protection which is ideal for irregular shaped parts. The SW M series sleeve web is a medium duty sleeve web providing a low cost protection against physical damage to exterior surfaces of machined, polished, plated, coated or threaded cylindrical parts.
Finishing Plugs and Caps
The finishing plugs and caps are available in various designs like FCR series plugs, FP series plugs, FPR series plugs, RH series plugs and RHW series caps. The FCR series plugs are an attractive heavy duty round finishing plugs which are designed with ribbed sides to fit tight into tubing of various size wall thicknesses. The FP series plugs are high quality square plugs in the new metric range. They are designed with ribbed sides to fit tight into tubing of various size wall thicknesses. FPR series rectangular plugs in metric sizes are designed for a broad range of applications, including furniture, fences, stands, machinery and similar equipment. The RH series caps are a combination finishing and protective caps for raised head screws. Plastic overcap snaps over a flanged steel washer, replacing conventional washer.
