You cannot use it to purchase goods in the shopping center or department store.
BPI Express Cash card can be used to send money and purchasing things in the malls or department stores. It functions like a debit card.
BPI just cost P100 for the application fee of either of the two cards with expiration up to four years.
If you want to remit or send money without cost to your relatives, you must consider having a BPI savings account and enrolling for Express Money Order or Express cash card. Just 10 cards will be allowed per each person.
