Basically, the Router R is called as the next hop and the idea of using a routing table stores the next hop for each destination which is called as the Next hop routing. Thus the routing table in the router R only specifies one step along the path R to the destination network by which the router does not know the complete path to the destination.
Each entry in the routing table shows that a router can be reached across a single network which is reached across the network. The machine uses the network portion for making all sorts of routing decisions and also offers the selection of IP routing hosting tables which keeps minimal information in their tables. The main idea is to force the hosts to rely on the router for most routing.
The routing table performs the hiding information which keeps the routing table and also limits the routing decisions efficiently; the IP routing software only keeps the information about the destination network which addresses the individual host addresses. Then choosing based on the destination network ID along several consequences and hence most of the implementations are based on the traffic densities which allows both the given network and the hosting network which is present across the technologies present at the local address channels. Only the final router along the path attempts to communicate with the destination host, only it can be determined if the hosts exist or when it is operational at the both ends.
