Is The Gap Between The Well-Offs And The Have-Nots Really Growing?
I read this article stating a background check that the Macro economic data has been suggesting that the great recession is over. However even with such a news, instead of getting more positive delivery from those who lost and are still without jobs, it was seen that the underclass are still growing in numbers.
About 10 percent of the US populations are accounted to be part of the underclass. Jobs may have been growing again yet the availability of it seems to be for those who have gone to colleges. It seems that crimes have also become the sign of being a part of the underclass.
