These supporting documents may include a copy of the applicant’s bio-data page in his passport, a recent passport-sized photo, and the “Letter of Introduction for Visa Application.” There are also instances where employed tourists who wants to visit Singapore by virtue of a tourist visa must provide the ICA with the copy of their approved leave of absence from their employers. Letters from the employer must include length of employment, the job position held and salary details drawn monthly.

All documents required to be submitted must be in English. Those that are not in English must be accompanied with an official English translation. A visa processing fee is likewise required for every visa application. The processing fee is not refundable regardless of whether the visa application is approved or not.
