Flat Rate Conferencing
With flat rate, a company simply estimates the number of minutes the service will be used within a month. It may be more beneficial to use the flat rate package as the invoicing is done based on a set fee which will not vary regardless of how many minutes has been used. This means that there will be no surprises when the bills come.
The service provider permits the client company unlimited access of the bridge that is meant to connect all the participants. The difference of the flat rate is that the flat fee is based on how many people the company wishes to authorize to be part of the conferencing.
