Pachmarhi is also known by the name official name of Pachmarhi Cantonment and is located in the Madhya Pradesh state of India. Located in the valleys of the Satpura Ranges at an altitude of 1067 ft above sea level, Pachmarhi is one of the most visited destinations of India. Some of the ancient British attractions present here include bungalows, Victorian churches and cemeteries that assist in maintaining the old town charm of Pachmarhi. The region of Pachmarhi is surrounded by dense forest cover that has been declared as a Natural Biosphere Reserve by the UNESCO.
