They’re fun, and they give the company some concrete goals. “These are things you can actually hold our feet to the fire over, to be honest,” says Bernie Meyerson, an IBM fellow and vice president of innovation.Wired asked Meyerson, the guy who helped put IBM’s Power chips in nearly every gaming console out there, what he thought of his company’s January 2007 predictions.

A Marion County judge has granted a stay of his order that Gov. Mitch Daniels be deposed by attorneys for IBM 000-M240 exam in the lawsuit over the state’s cancellation of the computer giant’s contract to modernize the welfare application process here.Judge David Dreyer’s decision allows for the state to appeal his order that the governor face questioning by the attorneys.The judge also denied a request by Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller to intervene in the case, saying it was not timely.Last week, Dreyer had ordered that Daniels face questioning within 60 days in the lawsuit. The case is scheduled to go on trial before Dreyer on Feb. 27, and is expected to last four to five weeks.
