Those people who eat microwaved food for over a long time are more vulnerable to illness. Since eating microwaved food destroys the blood elements, the immunity of those people decreases much faster than the normal people. It has a bad result that bacteria and viruses can infect our body more easily.

Microwave ovens not just make our life more effortless and easily but more let many people get lazier. They don’t cook their foods on their stoves and use the equipment to cook everything. They just put the cart ahead of the horse. The microwave ovens and other home equipment should be the accessibility tools in our life not the major ones. People should still insist the classic and nutritious lifestyle. Everything has two sides we should make full use of the good and limit the bad effect.
