Kraft ups China investments: Kraft Foods International said its investment in China will double in the next five years from a current total of more than $100 million. Sales in China will increase “threefold in the next several years,” said James S. King, president of Kraft Foods (Asia-Pacific) Ltd., in an interview. China currently contributes $50 million of sales each year to Kraft International and its parent, Philip Morris Cos.
