Choose Nike Air Force One Shoes, Choose Classics
Among Nike shoes; there are lots of different styles. And these shoes are available in the whole world. The athletic shoes of Nike Company are created with the name of the Air Force 1 by its designer Bruce Kilgore and they are generally chosen by players in basketball games. They are also worn by Wallace and Jerry Stackhouse in the games.
The name of these shoes is derived from the name of the American president’s official plane “the Air Force One”. These shoes can be divided into three types including the low top, mid top and the high top among which the high top ones are not so popular in lots of Nike shoes shops. The most popular ones are low-top and mid-top. In the mid-top shoes, the strap is settled; while in the high-top shoes, the strap is moveable and removable. In this way, the mid-top and high-top shoes can be distinguished according to the Velcro-securable strap. These Air Force One shoes are designed with kinds of colors but the most popular ones are those in white colors which in fact mean white on white color or white on dark color.
At the bottom of laces of the Air Force 1 shoes, there is a small and removable medallion. This medallion can be considered as another characteristic of these shoes; Owing to the holes on either side of this medallion, people can slide the medallion off the shoes’ laces. On this medallion, there are some engravings with inscriptions “AF-1” and “82”, with these engravings, you can know the year of its making. As to the color of the medallion, it is silver. The medallion was first designed in the shape of circular but it adopts a rectangular shape in order to memorize the 25th Anniversary. In addition, the silver color of this medallion is substituted by white color; while the inscriptions on it are the same with that on the previous one. Nike Company introduces the Air Force VVX to commemorate the anniversary.
The Air Force one shoes first came into the world in 1982 but then stopped their production in 1983. Then they again entered the market in 1986 when the modern italic Nike logo was endowed on the bottom of these Nike shoes. After this, these shoes has not changed much.
The Air Force 3 appeared in 1988 and was considered as the most popular and durable one among the three generations. In 1989; the Air Force 4 entered the market.
