How to deal with pressure
Life today is filled with source of stress, some of which can’t be avoided. When stress appears to be a life-long problem to many people, how it forms and the appreciate way of dealing with remains a subjective of controversy to the majority of us. It is time to discuss it and figure some effective measures out. The subjective of this essay is highlighting the methods which could tackle the horrible stress from our daily life.
Regular physical exercise:
Tom is a salesman working at an electronic company. He is not a sociable person. At the first period of his sale career, he was tortured by some niggle consumers , some of them even required him to sell the top Blue Laser at a wholesale prize, and some of them complained him for his “unprofessional sells skill”. He felt that the people around him were playing tricky on him. He even would like to quit form that company, but it appears that he couldn’t find another position which providing good salary enables him affords the housing loan.
The stress drove him crazy. “What can I do, I couldn’t stand it anymore. “Finally, He asked help from a consultant centre. Psychiatrist told him that all he should to do is outlet the pressure that his work brought to him, and the most economic way is to do the physical exercise regularly. He took the psychiatrist’s suggestion and kept up running every day. It soon took effect! “you know, when Running my mind is clearest, it allows me take time to think , more importantly, it is a high intensity of exercise that puts me right to sleep, I am very strong now and in the meanwhile, the sleep quality is improved that it makes me come alive next day. Sound state of mind enables me facing all the difficulty in my life. It seems like a good habit could change one’s destiny.” He said it to us proudly.
Significant recreation activity:
For many of people, the first thing they would like to do at their free time is sitting in front of the computer and playing game. As the view point of me, it kept(keeps) you doped with violent, sex, and vanity. Don’t be like that anymore! My friends, you just need a better way to outlet your stress.
Tom is an introvert boy, at his high school time; he was so ashamed that dared not to speak with the girl. He suffered the pressure what his positive personality bought to him without any solution. Until one day, his tutor introduced him to participate with a laser and astronomical club. When he was a children the gorgeous beam of laser pointer never fail to fascinate him, and also, he is a big fan of astronomy. At once, he became hot figure in that club, many people would like to make friend with him. Thus all his negative emotion was been effectively handled, and now. He is no longer a boy who used to keep silence. Instead, he is a loveable one who laughs all the time
The foresaid two methods apply to everyone; they won’t cost you or take up too much of your time. More importantly, they can help you to relieve tension and stress effectively and face life positively. Just do it!
