Finger Reading
Whenever a palmist reads a palm, he/she not only reads the palm alone but also the vital part which draws his/her full attention, which is the fingers in a hand. Fingers have 4 vital characters which are to be read together i.e. phalanges, length, setting and shape of the fingers.
Equally set fingers are very uncommon to be seen, but whenever such setting is seen it could be safely predicted that such individuals are enormously successful individuals. Unequal setting of fingers and particularly if the mercury finger if very low, it illustrates that such individuals lack confidence. If the fingers are set in arch shaped, it shows that the individual is well balanced and thoughtful.
There are 4 fingers in a hand that is index (first), middle (second), ring (third) and little (fourth). Mounts play an immense role in palmistry. Each finger has its own mount underneath itself. The fleshier the mount is more developed is the mannerism of that individual.
Index Finger
This finger represents craving for acknowledgment in an individual and his/her ego. It also indicates career and luck. Its length is considered to be normal if it reaches the middle of the first phalange of the middle finger. Individuals with long index finger have desire to dictate over others and keen to progress in life. Smaller index finger makes an individual less ambitious and a follower of others.
Middle Finger
This finger is also known as the finger of Saturn and it represents the character of Saturn in an individual. If this finger is extraordinarily strong, such individuals prefer privacy and remain far-away from others. An individual who has small middle finger is casual and generally prefer not to work.
Ring Finger
Finger reading also involves reading ring finger known as the ring of Apollo and ring of sun. This finger indicates about an individual’s desire for name and fame and it makes him/her a leader or head of an organization. This finger also relates to cleverness. An individual with small ring finger doesn’t desire for fame and pretension and doesn’t take any risk.
Little Finger
This finger is known as the finger of mercury. It represents humor and expressiveness of one’s capability to communicate. This finger is of normal length if it’s up to the end of the first phalange of ring finger. Thick base of this finger makes an individual interested in material and sensual world.
