To set logon workstations, complete the following steps:
1.In the Properties dialog box for the user account, in the Account tab, click Log On To.

Yes, because MSPress#9 is the correct password for the User9 user account.
8.Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete.
9.In the Windows Security dialog box, click Change Password.
10.In the Change Password dialog box, in the Old Password box, type MSPress#9.
In the New Password and Confirm New Password boxes, type student#l, and then click OK. Were you able to change the password? Why or why not?
No, because User9 has been restricted from changing passwords.
11.In the Change Password message box, click OK, and then click Cancel to return to the Windows Security dialog box. Click Log Off.
12.In the Log Off Windows dialog box, click Log Off to log off.
