Mage clan
Clans are composed of wizards. Most of the wizards live in the eastern territory of sanctuary, forests besides Kehjistan. These clan members are cold to each other and they don’t trust others. In the novel ‘the sin war’, there are also mage clans and cathedral of light and triune. They are one of the most powerful force in sanctuary. But they produced internal conflicts. Later the mage clans merged which was known as Horadrim. After three demogorgons imprisoned in soulstone, Horadrim split.
Ammuit clan, ennead clan, vizjerei clan
These are three ancient clans. Among them, the vizjerei clan is famous the clan appears everywhere in the world and has influential effects on diablo events. Vizjerei clan live in Aranoch and Kehjistan district. The sorcerer in diablo 1 is part of this clan.
Historical background
Vizjerei clan are famous for spells. Two traitors, Horazon and Bartuc split this clan. Horazon’s will was controlled by demon. Bartuc decided to cooperate with demon. In fact the demon fooled the two traitors. Horazon killed Bartuc.
Barbarian tribes
The barbarians are divided into many tribes. Every tribe live in different districts. It remains unknown how the destruction of Mount Arreat influences the clan, their life and destiny.
Bear tribes
Members of bear tribes must acquire excellent blunt skills, such as wooden sticks and maces.
Crane tribe
Cranes are elegant. The bear tribe are into melee, but cranes are different. These two tribes share combat skills.
Heknoc tribe
This tribe lives in the south of barbarians’ hometown. Once it was thick forest. With the destruction of mount arreat, the land feature changes. Korlic is the leader of this tribe.
Shadow wolf tribe
Their arm is axes. The axes were once rough and dull. But they were clever and learned the skills of making iron and swords. Axes were abandoned.
