Close the applications that are running.

Click on start button from your window.

From the start menu click on the control panel

Now, Window with internet option will appear, click n the general tab. From the general tab, select delete the files under temporary internet files. When ask for permission to delete, click on OK button. Don’t close the internet option winter, even when the process is over.

From the general tab, select “Delete Cookies” and press ok to give the permission for deletion.
Step 7
Now, click on “clear History” option under the general tab, to clear the history of the browser. Click on OK button to allow the permission to clear the browser history.
