    I agree. Smoking is all in the mind. Even the nicotine addiction is directly related to the psychology of the smoker by producing a ‘happy feeling’ that they then can’t do without. Hypnosis, when done properly, can eliminate both the physical and emotional aspects of smoking and leave you feeling happier and more content without the cigarettes.
