Working Process of Grinding Mill Line

A grinding mill is a unit operation designed to break a solid material into smaller pieces. There are many different types of grinding mills such as high pressure mill, ball mill, vertical mill, Raymond mill, rough and micro mill and many types of materials processed in them.

Efficient crushing-type mills are widely used in metallurgy, mining, chemical, cement, coal gangue, construction, sand, refractory material, ceramic and other industrial and mining enterprises, engaged in breaking and crushing the material in the operation. It is mainly suitable for crushing various soft and hard ore. whose compression strength is not higher than 320MPa (MPa).

Grinding plant consists of mainframe, speed reducer, powder separator, blower, bag filter, pipes, cyclone, motor, etc. The peripheral equipment is jaw crusher, bucket elevator, feeder, hopper, electric control panel, etc. Hongxing grinding Mill can grind all kinds of non-flammable and non-explosive minerals with Moh’s hardness lower than 9 and humidity less than 6%, and is widely used in metallurgy, construction of building materials, chemical industry, mining industry, etc.

Efficient crushing mill consists mainly of frame, rotor, hammers and grizzly bars and other components. The frame includes upper part and lower parts, which are welded by steel plates after cutting, the remaining parts bolted into one. High manganese steel liners are studded with inside the frame, to facilitate replacement for a new liners after worn; on the main shaft are installed several groups of the spindle distribution of the hammers, which consists of rotor with the axle of hammers and rotary table. The host drives the main shaft through the motor and V-belt driven spindle to rotate the rotor, generating the centrifugal force, then driving all hammers stretch around. The bulks of material feed into the crushing chamber, will be crushed by the hammers at a high-speed movement. The broken material requested will be passed the grizzly bars at the lower part and discharged, the unbroken rest will be left in the chamber to be crushed repeatedly by the hammers and iron plates until it can reach the requested standard. Introduction to the working process of the grinding mill production line: Large materials are crushed by Jaw crusher to the needed sizes firstly, then the materials are elevated to storage hopper by bucket elevator, thirdly, the materials are fed into the grinding chamber for grinding by vibrating feeder evenly and continuously. The powder after grinding goes upwards together with the airflow, after separated by powder separator, the powder which can meet the fineness requirement enters into the cyclone powder collector through pipe together with the airflow, and then is discharged from the discharge valve as final product. The airflow is sucked into centrifugal blower through wind recycling pipe at the upper part of cyclone powder collector. The mainframe is driven by the speed reducer through the central axis in the mill. The quincunx stand connects with the upper part of central axis, at the quincunx stand, rollers are set and by which the vibrating pivot formed. Below the quincunx stand and rollers is shovel system. Materials are fed into the space between turning rollers and shovels , and then are grinded by the pressure produced by turing rollers, thus powder is made.
