Sticking with his normal fan pleasing tactics, Justin Bieber has released a second teaser for his wildly popular new single, “Boyfriend. ” one of th fastest selling justin bieber songs yet. In true Bieber fashion, the 18-year-old took to his Twitter page multiple times on Tuesday (April 3), amping up his fans’ anticipation of the new video, first tweeting, “new#BOYFRIENDteaser?? ” After fans excitedly responded in hopes of another sneak peek, the Biebs later added, “maybe i already loaded it up yesterday and had it on private just waiting to unlock it. #BOYFRIENDteaser. ”
Fans viewed this as just another one of those famous justin bieber games. Finally, the pop superstar tweeted what all of his 19 million-plus followers had been hoping to read, “ok. UNLOCKED. BOYFRIENDonITUNESNOW – #BOYFRIENDteaser #2” As for the new clip it shows the singer lifelessly floating underwater, as well as standing in a hooded leather jacket as a flaming tire swing moves about in the background. While on the set of the highly anticipated production, Bieber sat down with MTV News to explain the video’s unique concept, saying, “The lighting has been amazing, everything has been so unique and i haven’t seen anything like it so i think people are going to be really surprised. ” Hoping to boost record sales, Justin Bieber has posted a pair of promotional videos of him giving cheesy pickup lines before announcing his new single “Boyfriend” is for sale on iTunes. Because you’re not with me. ” Taking to his Twitter page, Justin wrote, “Oh you thought the #fondue video was corny?? u dont know corny. This friend…this is corny. haha. ” Justin Bieber’s new play at being seductive with decidedly posed justin bieber pictures and trying his hand at being “cheesecake” in a “beefcake” world will definitely be worth watching to see how he handles his newly acquired adult attributes. Will he still be the boy next door?
