Moulded Signs

Molded signs

The first generation of blow-molded signs and displays appeared with little fanfare. Now they can be seen almost everywhere. The newer generation is more attention-getting, simpler to set up, requires less maintenance, costs less and outlasts other signage. Injection molding creates sharp, clean edges; precise, uniform consistency; and greater thickness for a very stable, sturdy letter. Injection molded letters are based on an all-natural plastic called Cellulose Acetate Butyrate (CAB), derived from cotton and wood fibers making it stronger and more durable than acrylic. Injection molded letters are also called as Minnesota letters.

Minnesota letters have the look and feel of cast metal letters so they’re suitable for almost any “up-scale” application. Made from eco-friendly recyclable Cellulose Acetate Butyrate (CAB), Minnesota letters are beautiful, crisp letters with razor-sharp edges that are easy to install and guaranteed for life. Available in 6 standard styles and 45 standard colors. More durable than most other plastic letters, they are able to stand up against the scrutiny of indoor applications and tough enough to withstand the elements outside. More rigid than Formed Plastic, our injection Molded Letters feature crisp corners from the face to the side to resemble solid dimensional metal letters and come in a large variety of glossy paint colors. Offered in 6 fonts and various mounting options, injection molded sign letters are made of a non-oil based renewable resource plastic, Cellulose Acetate Butyrate (C.A.B) enhanced with UV Modifiers. These letters have a lifetime guarantee not to chip, crack, fade or delaminate.

Injection molded letters combine the attributes of several other letter types. They are made from C.A.B. (Cellulose Acetate Butyrate), a renewable resource (non-petroleum) plastic for incredible durability.

Injection molded letters are created using precision tooled molds for razor sharp edges and extra dimension. While clearly a plastic letter, they are suitable for many ‘up-close’ applications – even in small sizes. They maintain their impressive depth and sharp edges even under the harshest outdoor conditions.

For instant recognition day and night, illuminated channel letters are the answer. Illuminated letters work twice as hard for you. By day, they provide attractive, colorful identification and advertising. By night, they put a radiant spotlight on your business, using light and color to draw the attention of your customers.

Waterjet cut metal letters offer the combination of the precision available in a CNC controlled 70,000 psi cutting head, and the durability and distinction of pure metal. Water-jet cut metal letters are durable enough for outdoor use, yet perfect enough for any boardroom application. Cast metal letters and logos have always imparted a stately aura of permanence, style, and class on the sites they adorn. Perhaps this is because the underlying casting process itself has changed so little over the past 1000 years. It may also be because the letter casting process allows for the creation of the deepest, sturdiest, most beautiful metal letters and logos.

Not every sign has a permanent message. Promotional offers change, special events come and go. But you still need a sign as eye-catching as it is informative. Keep your customers and guests up to date with a changeable letter sign. Numerous available finishes give you the choice of dazzling shine, brilliant color, or natural and antiquated metal. Combine these finishes with an extensive selection of letter styles to design custom signs that reflect your individual image.
