Q. How is the price determined?

It depends on the villa, the season, the location, individual preferences and the villa management company. Q. What are some of the additional costs?

Before booking a villa you should check with your reservation agent as there are some add on costs in some locations. These may be pool heating, electricity consumption above a certain level, house heating, laundry service by maid, internet usage, and phone usage for long distance calls.

Q. How far in advance do I need to book the villa?

It basically depends on the villa; they are usually booked a few months in advance. Q. When do I need to put a deposit down to reserve the villa?

It varies from destination to destination; a cancellation 60 days before the travel date will usually result in 20-25% of the gross rental price, cancellation between 60 and 30 days before arrival will result in a 50% deduction and cancellation within 30 days will result in full forfeiture of the gross rental. So check the cancellation policy with your agent.

Q. How many people can I bring with me?

Maximum occupancy is stated in the villa description, but if it is not, then it is assumed that the maximum occupancy of any villa is two people per bedroom.
