Olympia College has transformed itself into a network of six campuses spanning the entire nation since inception in 1995. The college has grown based on its founding father, Winston Pereira’s belief of being “The Employers Choice” as well as providing quality education at affordable prices to the masses.
According to Brian Param, the Principal of the Kuala Lumpur campus, “Our aim is not only to provide knowledge via our programmes but also to equip our students with a multi-dimension orientation to a solid education which is affordable and relevant.”
Brian adds that a multi-dimension orientation to education incorporates various skills for one to be able to be employable. After all the wish of most parents or sponsors in general is to ensure that their child gets employed after completing their studies. There is nothing better than exposing and giving our students a chance to apply their knowledge in a real world scenario which helps them get employed the first time around.
“Our curriculum are relevant and cutting-edge as well as incorporates facilitating rather than merely lecturing. This helps students stand on their own and develop concepts and ideas as well as adding their own creativity and flavor to things,” added Brian.
“Moreover, our curriculum are always updated according to the market trends. Our students are guaranteed a relevant and current qualification. We also look at ways and means to provide better service for our students by employing dedicated and passionate people for teaching and education as well as the ever important pastoral care,” stressed Brian.
“Our campus is located in the city, which gives our students the chance to experience the life of living in the capital city. This is particular important for foreign and out of town students. We are in the business long enough and are confident that we will excel to greater heights in the future.” added Brian.
“We also believe in giving back to the society and helping the less fortunate to a wholesome and quality education. We offer scholarships and can assist with PTPTN and various loans for our students. In early 2008, a significant number of full scholarships were given to students. By doing so we are giving back to the society as well as shaping and playing a pivotal role in the lives of the younger generation.” emphasized Brian.

Olympia College was awarded the Education Excellence 2010 Award for Best Large College Category by National Association of Private Educational Institutions (NAPEI) on 25 November 2010 at the Empire Hotel, Subang Jaya . The award was presented by YB Datuk Dr S. Subramaniam, Minister of Human Resources.

The College has affiliations and partnerships with international bodies and institutions such as Edexcel International (UK), University of Derby (UK), Schiller International University, American Management Association (AMA, USA), Liverpool John Moores University (UK), Hawaii Pacific University (USA), Curtin University (Australia), Business & Hotel Management School (BHMS) Switzerland, University of Information Technology and Management (UITM) Poland and such. The college allows everyone from SPM to working adults entry at various points. Programmes conducted are both full-time and part-time.
