Neediness is a very big mistake men make. Why are men needy? That question can’t be answered simply. Men are needy because that’s very normal in our society. Look at them media. It shows needy men constantly. In fact, it is almost even cool if a man is needy. Did you realize how women in the media aren’t needy toward men? Well, are you surprised that they aren’t needy toward men in real life too? Actually, they only aren’t needy on the surface. When you get to know most women, you find out that they are needy too. I have actually rarely met any guy who is not needy. I know some of them, and they are considered players usually. Although, players can sometimes also be needy. Neediness stems from insecurity actually. Those two are very interconnected.
Even if you do feel needy, don’t show it, it will only hurt your success with women.
Yes, too many men are insecure. Whereas a lot of women are needy, I would have to say that women are less insecure than men. Men do too much showing off and working hard in order to make money in order to show off even more! All those macho men you see out there are usually insecure guys. They are trying to cover up their weaknesses by acting overtly masculine. Insecurity is almost praised in our society. Look at Marlboro commercials which feature a man being cool by smoking a cigarette. Look at guys who smoke a lot, drink a lot, and do drugs. The great majority of them are insecure men. It is as bad as neediness.
If you are worrying what people think of you, you will start acting insecure. Security stems from true confidence.
