Sports Coaching – A Success to Every Human Activity

The vision & mission of sports coaching is a peer-reviewed, internationalist, quite professional, which aims to bridge the gap between sports coaching and science.

The objectives of sports coaching integrate theory and practice in sports science, promote critical reflection of coaching practice, and evaluate commonly accepted beliefs about coaching effectiveness and performance enhancement. Open learning systems are also being promoted in which: sports science is made accessible to coaches, translating knowledge into working practice; and the challenges faced by coaches are communicated to sports scientists.

The vision of sports coaching supports the development of a community in which:  sports scientists and coaches respect and exchange proficiency between them while assisting athletes to get hold of handiness by training, safely and in actual fact, in such a way augmenting their performance, maximizing their enjoyment of sports experience and facilitating character development; and embracing scientific research in the quest to uncover, understand and develop the practices involved in sports coaching and cream of the crop presentation.

The mission of sports coaching brings out peer-reviewed, original representations of a range of quantitative and qualitative research methods. Case studies of work between sports scientists and coaches are highly encouraged. The mission of sports coaching also encourages the submission of these representations, including advocacy pieces, which have been existing in a forum at a conference; and philosophical works that concentrate on acquaintances between sports science and coaching.

The key to success towards peak performance in sports is based on certain coaching principles, which result in sports coaching success. The first principle is to base the training competition. The second principle is to adopt game-based approach training. The third principle is to have a reward system to anchor training session. The fourth principle is having a continuum of training program of sports coaching through inspirations and motivations. If one training session ends, the next session should be immediately linked with, so that the sports coaching keeps going and sportsmen keep looking forward to.
