Complaining About Your Cosmetic Surgery Experience
Cosmetic surgery is an industry, and like any other industry, as a patient you may have had a bad experience. It may have been with the attitude of a receptionist, perhaps something more serious such as physical damage to your self resulting from a medical procedure or the results of a treatment were far less than desirable. In either situation, there is no reason why you should remain silent. When you’ve had a negative experience at a clinic, outline why you were unhappy and speak directly to the person who you interacted with. Make sure to take down the date and points of the meeting. If this does not help, then seek the assistance of someone higher up in the organization, such as the medical director.
