Article VIII of the county government veterinary authorities shall, upon receiving the application materials within 20 working days from the date of completion of audit. The qualified, be registered, and registration certificates issued by village veterinarians; failed, notify the applicant in writing and explain the reasons.
Rural veterinary veterinary registration certificate shall set forth the names of villages, regional practitioners, valid and so on.

18th at the county level people's government veterinary departments and township (town) people's government shall, according to "The People's Republic of China on Animal Epidemic Prevention" requirement, give priority to determine the village veterinary workers as village-level animal epidemic prevention.
