To identify the Xianghua tieguanyin tea, we need to master the following easy skills: taste carefully to see if the aftertaste is lasting, keep the tea water in mouth for a while and stir your tongue, swallow the tea then open mouth; watch the tea water to see if it’s thick without peculiar smell.
Jiandou tieguanyin tea: rich aroma, light tea water, sour taste and obvious flavor
Features
