Lets start with the ingredients that you need to prepare barbequed chicken wings for 6 people. You need:

  • 24 chicken wings
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • Half cup of vinegar
  • 2 cups of Cattle Boyz Original Sauce or Honey Hot BBQ Sauce
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Take a bowl and mix the Cattleboyz sauce well with the vinegar, ginger and pepper. Make a smooth blend.

Take the chicken wings, rinse them well and split them from the joint and remove the tip. (You may ignore this step also as whole wings are equally tasty and give better charm while munching)

Take a bowl and put the wings in it. Then put the blended sauce and marinate the meat well. Make sure the spices get stick to every wing well. Then cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours. Overnight marination will give you the best taste.

Bring out the wings after the refrigeration is over. Preheat the oven of your grilling apparatus at 350 F. Put the marinated wing on an ovenproof dish and place it for baking. If you are marinating the chicken on an ovenproof dish, then put them on baking 20 minutes after bringing out of the refrigerator.

Bake the chicken for 30 minutes and turn around 15 minutes.

Preheat your grill at medium heat, remove the chicken pieces from the oven,  drain out the marinade and reserve it in a bowl. Put the wings on the barbeque grill and cook for 5-10 minutes. Brush the pieces occasionally with the marinade to let the spice and juice get into the pieces. Once the pieces turn crispy and brown, remove them from oven and serve on plates with garnishing of your choice. Dinner is ready!
