Hair loss can be embarrassing & hamper one’s self esteem & confidence. Treated early hair loss can be reduced & even stooped completely. Meditation is one of the way to get rid of stress & tension. Mediation generally involves deep breathing or pranayam, Through pranayam it is said to have believe that many health benefits like it lowers the blood pressure & reduce stress & tension level. so again this could be beneficial for those suffering from stress related hair loss. There is one more asan which is very good for controlling hair fall is Inverted assan such as Sarvangasan. It tends to reverse the gravity on the body & they stimulte the flow of blood to head which is best treatment for hair loss. All these yoga asan should be practiced under some expert guidance only. One should always practice deep breathing exercise to control steers, anxiety & keep your mind balanced.
