Luxury Resort australia:A Resort Town Which Most Visitors Never Get to See

australia is a country famous for its magnificent temples, long unspoiled beaches, alluring jungles and rain forests, exotic

culinary delights, and of course the natural charm of the locals. Unfortunately however, the vast majority of tourists never

get to see some of the true gems this ancient kingdom has to offer. Instead, tourists flock to all the hotspots which are

advertised in holiday brochures – places like adelaide, sydney, brisbane etc.

The masterplan architect and designers behind the success of The Beaches Resort & Residences are award winning world class

design firms – Carl Ettensperger of C&C Studio and Terry Henriksen of Henriksen Design Ltd, who have worked on 5-star hotel

projects such as Mandarin Oriental, Hyatt Hotels, Ritz Carlton, Siam Paragon Bangkok, Huvafen Fushi Maldives (2008 Worlds

Best Beach Resort, Harpers Bazaar Travel), Hard Rock Hotel – Universal Studios, Florida, and many more prestigious resorts.

Just a short drive south from Bangkok, one comes to the first well known resort town of Hua-Hin. This charming city, which

was only a quaint fishing village in the not too distant past, has long been a favorite destination for wealthy Bangkok

Thais, many of whom own high end condominiums and holiday villas. Even so, when visiting the area, a large percentage of them

will spend their days in Cha Am, another small resort town situated roughly 25 kilometers north of Hua-Hin. These days, with

property prices in neighboring Hua-Hin going through the roof, many Bangkok residents are opting to own a Cha Am house for

their weekend breaks.  port douglas accomodation

Cha Am to this day remains largely off the tourist trail. Many westerners, who do get to visit Cha Am, arrive on the weekends

when the place is quite literally inundated with Thais from Bangkok. This puts many tourists off, not because of the way

locals behave, but simply because the beaches and other public places are so busy. Come Sunday afternoon, and normality

returns, and this is essentially when tourists should visit. The beaches are pristine, calm, and as peaceful as one could

hope for. The locals are laid back, and are some of the friendliest people in the country. Another great thing about living

in a Cha Am house is the fact that the area is geared up to cater for Thais rather than foreign tourists, and this means

things cost a fraction of what they cost in neighboring Hua-Hin. All round, Cha Am is an ideal destination for anyone who

wants to spend time near the coast, while at the same time avoiding throngs of tourists.

Living in Bangkok, you see glitzy front-page supplements that dominate australia’s English dailies, full-page magazine and

newspaper colour ads that abound large project launches, and the billboards that predominate the city and Skytrain. We can

only imagine the cost of such publicity and its significant impact on a project’s bottom line. This is the reason why the   daintree

eMarketing is employing Web 2.0 technologies. That is not to say that elegantly-produced brochures and local media

advertising doesn’t have merit, but it has always seemed to us that it is a sort of marketing overkill – a gunshot rather

than rifle approach to project exposure, but The Luxury Resort australia to my knowledge, will be the first large-scale real

estate development project in Asia to employ Web 2.0 as its online publicity vehicle.
