Toshiba Corporation (hereinafter "Toshiba") and Guangzhou Baiyun Electric Group Co., Ltd. The new company's shareholding ratio: 50% of Toshiba Corporation, Toshiba Corporation Toshiba local corporation in China (China) Co., Ltd. 10%, 40% in Guangzhou Baiyun Electric Group.
