Multiple Moves and Full Body Conditioning with Power Half Hour

Power Half Hour is perhaps the best 30 minute workout on the market because it takes the overwhelmingly successful P90X experience and condenses it down, while making great effort to stay totally true to the essence.

Power Half Hour is by Beachbody and is also not only the brainchild of celebrity fitness trainer from P90X Tony Horton, but he once again leads you through the workouts.

Power Half Hour is way more like P90X then it is different. One key difference though is something I haven’t touched on much. The Power Half Hour workout is probably more stamina based than a P90X workout.

Power Half Hour makes it a point to work as much of the whole body as possible and engage primary and secondary muscle groups including the often overlooked core group. For people who have done P90X core synergistics, the emphasis is on core muscle groups around the back, chest, mid-section and upper thighs being heavily  involved with the workout.

What occurs are two interesting occurrences: 1. Core often becomes everyone’s favorite workout because you feel so great afterwards. 2. You are working so many areas at once that you are more efficiently using your time.

Power Half Hour promises results of a firmer stronger totally made-over body in 60 days. You can only make a promise like that if every 30 minute workout is hitting multiple areas at once.

There might be a 30 minute workout out there that does this, but none have the track record of Tony Horton changing millions of lives like he has.  He’s about results. Users are saying over and over that his whole training approach with Power Half Hour will remake your body and make you feel great when you are done.

That’s what a total body workout does. It speeds up all your muscle groups as well as your mind.   Power Half Hour is different from P90x because it demands more of your total body workout to workout, but yet is slightly lower impact.

This gives beginners the opportunity to get in better shape right off the bat with no concerns about too much too soon.

Tony Horton says “Power and shower in under an hour”. He only partly gives the best benefit. Yeah it’s nice to be done fastm but it is really nice to see results fast and even nicer to love the way you feel right away, even with the soreness.

I think it is better to say Power Half Hour is the 30 minute workout that you will grow to love even while it works you like crazy.
