The concrete methods to reduce cone crusher wear are as follows:
1. The materials to be crushed should be evenly joined to the crushing cavity, avoiding the side feeding or piled feeding, to prevent unilateral overload or bearing overload.
2. Only after the crusher normally operates can the feeding be commenced.
3. Under normal circumstances, the temperature rise of bearing does not exceed 35 ℃ and the maximum temperature does not exceed 70 ° C. If exceeding 70 ° C, the machine should be immediately shut down and identified the reasons to be eliminated.
4. If one end of the tooth plate wears, turn around.
5. In the crushing process, if the crusher halts because of crushing cavity obstruction, workers should immediately shut down the motor and thoroughly clear the materials before restarting the machine.
6. Before the shutdown, workers should at first stop feeding and completely discharge the materials in the crushing cavity of cone crusher.
