Learn to Control Your Anger

It is impossible to use the rules and regulation posed by the society on how a person should behave. We can’t defy normal behavior mainly because everyone is different. We come from different ethnics, class, gender, race, culture etc. and with this, depending on which culture we were bought up in, we have different standard, principles and set of rules we have grown accustomed to. This is why everyone handles their emotions differently. Most groups or society would look up to their leaders and believes what the leader believes in. This is sometimes wrong because as leaders too can fail. Anger is controls people and this is just one origin of anger.

When violated, moral and values can be source anger. We would usually have perceptions that a child from a dysfunctional home will become a nuisance to the society. This is because the child had ignored all the rules and standards that have been set by the society. The rules and standard that was set by the society can also lack too. Even a dysfunctional child can outgrow his bad behavior, and more often than not they felt bad about their bad behavior as oppose to higher class people who only makes excuses about theirs.

| If you find you beliefs and the society you live in are contradicting, you can still fit in the society yet at the same time voicing out your beliefs. One good method is to get it in writing. When you write, you are able to express all your opinions, theories, ideas, and beliefs and if it does get published, you are able to channel your opinions to the society. Most thinking individuals read and you are getting your ideas across any person regardless of their background, beliefs and culture. It doesn’t really matter if your book does not get published because you are still at the advantage of letting your anger out in words rather than beating others up. Other ways that you can vent your anger are expressing them creatively. It is especially useful if you are an artistic o skilled person so that you can channel your anger using them.

Those with mental illness, anger issues and such are often the ones that possess creative and artistic talents. Although it is often ignored, once put to good use these talents can help a person with these issues relax. Such as practicing dancing, it can help ease one’s anxiety. This is just one example of dealing with anger and each individual can explore any activities that will help them better.

One definite way of getting others to notice your anger is by channeling it in a proper manner. You will not win the battle by killing others but you will if you are able to negotiate for the good of both sides. Lets face it, your anger problem may need more than just by reading this piece of article but you are on a sure way of dealing with your problem the smarter way.
