How to deal with Constipation during Pregnancy

During pregnancy a woman goes through a lot of changes in her body. One of the very common symptoms which are seen to bother her is constipation.  Constipation during pregnancy is very common. Calcium: General idea says that during pregnancy when a body is getting formed inside you, you may be in lack of calcium, but for those ladies who are suffering excessive constipation must know that presence of calcium in more numbers can be one of the main reasons for constipation. So have check on your calcium intake. If you are in taking calcium tablets regularly, then talk with your doctor that you are facing constipation and he may change the dosage.

Exercising Regularly: Exercising regularly is one of the good ways to get regular bowel movement which can make you stay away from constipation regularly. If you are going for yoga classes talk to the instructor that you are having constipation and he may guide you with some exercising tips to make you stay away from this.

Medicine: if you are facing abnormal constipation then go for making a proper diet chart and talk to the doctor for medication. This is really needed to stay away from haemorrhoids.
