Optional Suggestions for Blue/Black/Colored uniforms
. Prior to the 1st wash, soak the uniform inside a sink or tub with 2-3 glasses of of white vinegar and normal water. Allow it to go saturate for twenty to thirty minutes, then wash. This helps set the color in your uniform as well as prevent its fading.
. On future washes, only use a color safe detergent.
There is lots of debate regarding employing white vinegar to be able to lock in the colour because a lot of people argue that they secure the color well enough when it’s still in the production line. I can only testify to my personal experience, but I have generally used white vinegar to be able to lock in the color and I have not had any kind of coloring come off my uniform and my personal uniforms continue to be vibrantly coloured even after years of training in them.
